MD Workers Rescued from Boom Truck

Baltimore firefighters freed them.

Three people were rescued after being trapped five story's high in a boom truck Thursday night in East Baltimore, firefighters said.

They were rescued without injury.

Firefighters were called about 8:30 p.m. to the 2100 block of E. Chase St., the Middle East neighborhood.

The crew was hanging a sign on a building when their truck lost power and they were trapped.
