Several Tarrytown firefighters were involved in a brawl outside a fire station over the weekend.

A group of volunteer firefighters in a small village to the north of New York City were involved in a brawl outside a fire station over the weekend.

Lohud.com reports that the incident happened late Saturday night into Sunday morning in the Westchester County village of Tarrytown, which is about 25 miles to the north of midtown Manhattan.

The village and its all-volunteer department are handling the matter internally, so the names of the firefighters involved and any potential charges they may face haven't been disclosed, Village Administrator Richard Singerland said.

Tarrytown police also declined to comment.
