OH Firefighter Burned Falling Through Floor

Two Ohio firefighters were hurt Monday while battling a home fire that was so intense that the heat from it damaged a neighboring garage.

A Warren firefighter suffered burns to his leg after he fell through the floor of the house, and another firefighter hurt his back, WKBN-TV reports. Both were treated at the fire scene, and neither needed to go to the hospital.

Authorities received a call about the fire just before 5:45 a.m.from someone driving by. No one was living at the house at the time, and one of the owners said he and his brother had been fixing up the place, according to WKBN.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
