Philly Firefighter Burns Hands Battling Blaze

Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of the house fire that injured a firefighter early Monday in North Philadelphia.

A Philadelphia firefighter was hurt while battling a house blaze early Monday.

The fire broke out at around 2:30 a.m., as heavy smoke came from the home in North Philadelphia, KYW-TV reports. The injured firefighter suffered burns to his hands in the blaze.

Investigators are currently looking into the cause of the house fire, according to KYW.
