Philadelphia firefighters battled a three-alarm fire near Temple University for almost six hours Monday night.
The blaze broke out at around 8:30 p.m. in a vacant building that was under construction in North Philadelphia, WPVI-TV reports. More than 100 firefighters responded to the firem and buildings in the surrounding block were evacuated, displacing some Temple students.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigated.
