At approximately 6 p.m., Fairfax County 911 recived a call reporting a head-on collision on Backlick Rd near Fairfax County Parkway.
One person was reported ejected. Crews found mulitple cars involved.
They confirmed one person ejected and another trapped in the Jeep. Both were deceased.
Another was trapped in the upside down pickup. Crews removed this victim, and he was transported to Fairfax Trama in cardiac arrest.
The cause of the wreck is still under investigation
