Patient Extricated From N.Y. Crash

On July 25, at 2:27 p.m., Rush Fire, Rescue & Ambulance were dispatched to 7800 Block of Rt 15 for a car into a tree with a person trapped and the car on fire.Crews discovered there was no fire. However, the occupant was trapped and conscious.The patient was extricated in about seven minutes.The patient was transported to  Strong trauma center.It appeared that the vehicle which was southbound left the highway and struck a tree. Monroe County Sheriff's Office is investigating the crash.
