Pennsauken, N.J. Township Dwelling Fire

On July 8th a dwelling fire was reported at 5:04 a.m. in Pennsauken Township at 3903 Burwood Ave. Police arrived and reported a working fire. Crews arrived and confirmed a two-story dwelling with heavy fire showing on the first and second floors. Companies secured a water supply and placed multiple 1 ¾” hand lines in operation. Searches were negative as the Truck Company opened up the roof. The bulk of the fire was knocked down as crews checked for extension. The fire was placed under control with no reported injuries.

The Pennsauken Police and Fire Department and Camden County Fire Marshals have the fire under investigation.
