Detroit, MI – On June 14, companies from the 8th Battalion responded to the area of Steger Ct. and San Juan on the report of a dwelling fire.
Arriving on the scene, L17 reported a vacant dwelling going throughout and said the first Engine would be stretching.
They requested that the second arriving Engine back down and dump their monitor. Crews made a quick knockdown of this fire. E30/40/51 L17 S5 and C8 worked over an hour to bring this fire under control.
