West Mead, Pennsylvania Firefighters Respond to MVA

While wrapping up on our first MVA with entrapment on April 1,2004, the West Mead #2 Fire Department (29) was dispatched for another MVA with entrapment a mile up the road.

The crew gathered together and turned around. Rescue 29-8 arrived on scene with Assistant Chief Jim Summerfield (29-20) taking command. The rescue team had their hands full on this MVA. There was a van of a 4 school children to transport along with one driver.
