Quick Knock on Salisbury, Maryland House Fire

In the early evening of June 19, 2006, the Salisbury Fire Department was dispatched for a house fire on Isabella Street in Station 16's first due area.

In the early evening of June 19, 2006, the Salisbury Fire Department was dispatched for a house fire on Isabella Street in Station 16's first due area.

Assistant Chief 1 (Tull) arrived on the scene and reported a two story wood frame dwelling with fire showing from the first floor, sides A, B, and D.

Engine 16-1 and Engine 210 stretched into the dwelling and were eventually backed up by Truck 2(quint), with Truck 16 opening up. Following an aggressive attack, the fire was declared under control within a little over 30 minutes.

The cause of the blaze is unknown.
