Engine 2 marked on scene with heavy fire showing from approximately 3, 2- story units. E-2 confirmed that all occupants were evacuated and began defensive operations with the deck gun on E-2.

E-2 confirmed that all occupants were evacuated and began defensive operations with the deck gun on E-2.

Engine 1 positioned side alpha and began fire attack with an elevated master stream while Truck 6 conducted primary search and recon of the alpha and delta exposures.

Crews made an exterior attack from side delta with two 2 1/2" attack lines.

Truck 6 went to the roof of the delta exposure and extinguished fire that was traveling the attic space over the firewall.

Battalion 1 had command; Bluffton Township Fire District provided one engine to cover vacant stations. One firefighter sustained a minor hand injury.

Companies were able to stop fire progression at the firewall in the middle of the structure, containing fire to the three initial units of involvement.

On the alarm were: E-2, E-1, E-6, E-3, Truck 6, M-2, M-7 Battalion 1, Battalion 2, Car 11, Car 12, and the Fire Investigation Unit.
