On the afternoon of 19 February 2004, T81 was called to a two car MVA at an intersection two blocks from our station.

A pickup and SUV had collided sending the SUV into a light pole. Even though the collision into the pole was slight, it knocked the streetlight off the pole, glanced off the cross arm holding the traffic control lights, and through the sunroof of the SUV, missing the drivers head by only a few inches.

Except for the light pole, this was a non-injury accident.
