On January 28, 2004, at approximately 9:55 AM, the Toms River, New Jersey Fire Companies #1 & #2, responded to a reported plow truck on fire on the corners of Bay Ave. & ST. Josephs Place.
First arriving units found a privately owned plow truck fully engulfed by flames.
Crews used an 1 3/4 line and portable hydraulic forcible entry tools to quickly extinguish the blaze, there were no exposure problems and no injuries were reported.
