E-18(Clifford) marked on scene and split crews one advancing a 2 1/2" attack line to side A and the other half laddering the building and attempting a primary search of division two due to numerous reports of people trapped. Crews were forced from division two due to a flash over on division one and rapidly deteriorating conditions on division two.
