Two- Story Single Family Home Fire in Oxnard, California

There was evidence of electrical materials as well as a propane stove that appeared to have been in use. However, due to the amount of fire damage, the exact ignition source of the fire was not able to be determine at the time.

This was a 2- story single family home that was fully involved.

There was evidence of electrical materials as well as a propane stove that appeared to have been in use. However, due to the amount of fire damage, the exact ignition source of the fire was not able to be determine at the time.

The area of origin to be located at the rear of the structure on the north corner of the patio area appeared to be where the fire started.

The fire extended to the home on the north side and caused some burning on the eves of the roof and broke two windows.

After fire suppression activities, the entire home had suffered severe damage.

The investigation is on going at this time.
