Lakeview, New York Working House Fire

Lakeview, New York. Dec 23rd 2003. The Lakeview fire Department responded to 400 Barbara Lane for a report of smoke coming from a house.

When the 1st unit arrived it was transmitted as a working house fire. The 1st engine in pushed a line to the house and the truck position itself in front of the house.

Four lines were used to put this fire out. A woman (in a wheelchair), her husband and, 15 kids all made it out of the house without injury.

Help was used from surrounding towns and this fire was placed under control within 1 1/2 hours.
