Salisbury, Maryland Antique Engine Responds to EMS Call

On December 03, 2005 Engine 102 was being fueled to participate in the city Christmas parade, when a call for a unconcious, non-breathing person was dispatched, two blocks away from the fuel site.

The assigned first-due engine and medic unit were on the opposite side of town. A crew of two, using lights and siren, responded and arrived first, where they began work on subject in cardiac arrest.

The last alarm for the antique American LaFrance was on December 29, 1963 at a historic theater fire.
