At about 7:30 am, on November 25, 2005, a full first alarm assignment was dispatched to 3 South Larchmont Avenue in North Providence, Rhode Island for a house fire.
Upon arrival Ladder 1 called the Code Red and requested a second alarm, bringing an engine, ladder, and BC from Providence, and an engine from Smithfield to the scene.
Renovations hampered efforts to reach the fire.
It was brought under control in about 30 minutes.
