The Mansfield, La. fire Department Conducted a live fire training exercise on 11-6-03 in an ongoing project by the city to clean up abandoned and condemned buildings, and also provide an invaluable training opportunity for the Fire Department.
We have been doing several live fire drill per month for several months now, which allows new recruits as well as senior members to perfect fire attack, search and rescue as well as incident command duties, while in a controlled setting.
