The University of Illinois Fire Service Institute conducted a LPG training session at the Frankfort Fire District, along with departments from Mokena, Tinley Park and Dixmoor Fire Departments.
The University has two trucks that were donated by IPERC, Illinois Propane Education Research Counsel that covers the State of Illinois. IPERC picks up the cost of the whole class from instructor fees, LPG and the drivers time.
