The fourth alarm fire came in at about 8:26 PM on Thursday, August 21, 2003. Smoke from the fourth alarm fire at times cover the Space needle, seen in the upper left of one of these photos.

The two story warehouse on the corner of Dexter Ave. and Roy St. in the North end of Seattle was fully involved by 9:00 PM.

The warehouse housed a city owned business called Utility Inc., that built cases for area retail stores and businesses.

One employee was working at the time and escaped with out injury. It is said that the fire started on a loading dock, though this is still unconfirmed.
