100 London Firefighters fought a High Rise Office Fire during the Evening of 29/7. Called at 20:44hrs (GMT) to a Fire Alarm Actuating in the 12 storey Office Block in Paddington West London, first arriving Crews found a developing fire in progress on the 7th floor. The building was not fitted with a HVAC system so windows left open during warm summer temperatures allowed rapid fire spread to extend to the 12th Floor.

Crews from across central and West London battled the fire using twenty pumps and four aerials. 3 Firefighters were removed to hospital suffering from Heat Exhaustion and Burns after an aggressive search of the fire floors for a missing worker. The worker had left the building before the fire but was still shown as being within the structure. The Fire was brought under control at 02:00 hrs.

The Building was used by 700 support staff for the London Underground Railway system, who have been re-located to other premises as part of the Organization
