A speeding Geo Prism lost control and crossed the center line to strike a minivan outside of Dallas, NC. The wreck resulted in three injuries and one fatality, the passenger of the Geo.
Agriculture Center VFD performed extrication for the seriously injured passenger of the Geo. The passenger later died at the hospital. The passenger of the minivan was entrapped briefly because of the position of the van in a ditch. The driver of the Geo and the driver and passenger of the minivan were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
