At 7:29 am, on July 24, 2005, Engine 20, Ladder 40, Ambulance 17, Ambulance 47 and Battalion Car 2 were dispatched for a personal injury accident, confirmed entrapment with the vehicle down an embankment of approximately 20 plus feet, with moving water.
Upon arrival of Battalion Car 2 it was determined that there was a car that was inverted with two occupants. One partially ejected and one still trapped. By stander CPR was in progress.
