It happened in the intersection of 115th Street and State Street, on Chicago's far south side.

The force of the impact rolled Ambulance 5.

An EMS Plan1 was requested upon arrival of fire suppression companies.

Several reported civilian injuries and two paramedics were sent to trauma centers as a precaution.

Both paramedics were in good condition.
