Three Dwellings Burn in Camden, N.J.

On March 19 Camden city companies were dispatched at 8:30 p.m. in the area of 2nd and Erie streets in response to a cell phone caller reporting flames from a house. The first arriving engine reported heavy fire showing. Battalion 1 reported three vacant dwellings well-involved and struck the All Hands Box. Companies went into defensive operations with multiple hand lines and a Ladder Pipe. The fire was placed under control with no injuries to firefighters.
