Crash Victims Treated by Oregon Crews

  At approximately 4:12 p.m. Canby Fire was dispatched to a two car crash at the intersection of Hwy 99E and Territorial Rd.Two cars had significant damage from the crash, and eight people that required medical care.A second-alarm trauma was immediately requested which brought an additional two engines and four ambulances to the scene for triage, treatment, and transportation.Lifeflight was initially requested, but due to weather, they were not able to fly.

At approximately 4:12 p.m. Canby Fire was dispatched to a two car crash at the intersection of Hwy 99E and Territorial Rd.

Two cars had significant damage from the crash, and eight people that required medical care.

A second-alarm trauma was immediately requested which brought an additional two engines and four ambulances to the scene for triage, treatment, and transportation.

Lifeflight was initially requested, but due to weather, they were not able to fly.

Three adult females and one pediatric male were seriously injured requiring trauma system entry. Two of these patients were transported to OHSU and two to Emanuel Hospital.

Two other pediatric patients were injured and transported to Willamette Falls Hospital.

The final two patients were treated on scene, but refused transport suffering only minor injuries.

Units from Canby, Molalla, Clackamas, and AMR managed the incident, which took nearly an hour to fully process.
