Shift change in the City of Camden became a busy one when an off duty firefighter reported a dwelling fire in 6's local.
Engine 6, Engine 1, Squad 7, Ladder 1, Rescue 1 and Battalion 2 were dispatched to 8th and Fern for the box assingment.
Engine 6 arrived to find a dwelling heavy envolved. Battalion 2 arrived to report a 20x40 single standing dwelling heavy envolved.
Battalion 2 used all hands with a special call of a truck company.
Initial report from a civilian was they saw a person jump from the 2nd floor.
No occupants were found on scene.
The cause is under investigation by the Camden City Fire Marshals.
