This blaze was discovered at approximately 11:45 pm, April 2nd. A passing motorist knocked on the firehouse door which was across the street from the fire bldg.

A 2nd and 3rd alarm were quickly sounded for heavy fire thru the roof of a store in a 7 store strip mall. The bldg was a 1 story U-shaped, overall dimensions approx., 100 x 75.
