Ft. Lauderdale, Fl – One man was killed and two others injured when the car they were in crashed in the eastbound lanes of I-595 near Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport just before 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue units transported the three unidentified men to Broward General Medical Center.
One victim was extremely critical and was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at the hospital.
The other two men sustained non life-threatening injuries and were also transported to the same hospital for head and spinal injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol is conducting the crash investigation.
