Firefighters responded to a dwelling fire at 230 Fenstermaker Road, Greenwich Twp., Berks County, Pennsylvania approximately 0815, March 31, 2003.
Firefighters from Kutztown, Topton, Kempton, Virginville, and Fogelsville Fire Departments encountered heavy smoke conditions on arrival and a self-ventilating fire at the rear of the structure.
