Companies 23, 26, 27, were dispatched for an overturned vehicle on 495 and Pennsylvania Ave. Police reported one trapped and one ejected.
Ambulance 239 arrived and advised they had a vehicle on its side leaning on a fence with one trapped and four victims laying on the ground. They requested the State Trooper helicopter.
Squad 27 arrived stabilized the vehicle using three Paratech Air Shores and cribbing. While the vehicle was being stabilized, part of Squad 27 assisted 238 with patient care until additional resources arrived.
Squad 27 extricated one victim by using the Hurst Cutters to cut the posts on both sides of the vehicle. Unable to reach the passenger side
