On Tuesday March 25 at 1626 the Milton Fire Dept., Northumberland County PA, was dispatched to a vehicle fire at Columbia Ave. and Beaver St. in the Boro of Milton.
Firefighters arrived to find an older model station wagon well involved. The incident was held with the first engine and the fire extinguished in minutes. The vehicle was in operation when the driver noticed black smoke coming from the heater vents.
Also on the scene were Milton Ambulance, Milton Fire Police, and the Milton Boro Police Dept.
