Waukegan Fire Department responded to the Waukegan Beach on Lake Michigan for a report of a person missing after their raft fell over.
A group of people were on a blow up boat when it rolled over knocking the two people that were in the raft into the water.
Waukegan Batt chief requested a box alarm for the division 4 divers. Divers and boats searched until it got dark to the point where they couldn't see anymore, and the waves got too strong.
