Within eight minutes Engine Company 20 was arriving on the scene of a two story dwelling with smoke showing from the chimney. Lt. 22, Jamie Baughn, established command and put his personel to work laddering the roof and investigating.

Shortly thereafter, Truck 53 arrived and set up roof operations. Firefighter Andrew Pullen and Firefighter Robert Grey worked together chaining the chimney and extinguishing any hidden fires while the interior crews checked for any extension.

Units on scene were Engine 20, Tanker 20, Tanker 10, Truck 53, and Engine 52. Crews were on scene for about 2 hours.
