An early morning accident on February 27, 2005 shuts down major highway leaving one dead.
Units were dispatched to RT 42 at approximately 7:00 for a reported accident with entrapment.
First arriving units quickly determined there was one patient who was dead on arrival and another classified as walking wounded.
Companies on location were Engine 853, Rescue 822, and Squad 805.
