At 10:30 Sunday morning the Hanson Fire Department were called to a two alarm structure fire.
Initial responding companies found heavy smoke at the rear of the dwelling, and fire in the basement.
The second alarm was sounded, and additional companies responded to the scene from Hanson, and from the neighboring towns of Whitman and Pembroke. Apparatus used were 4 engines, Hanson
