On Wednesday, January 12, 2005 units responded to a three alarm barn fire in Tilton, New Hampshire.
Firefighters were on the scene through the night and an excavator had to be brought in to dig through the reported 10,000 bales of hay and equipment stored in the barn.
The Abbott Farm is a landmark in the Lakes Region area of New Hampshire and has been in the same family for over seven decades.
