Colorado Divers Help Police Search Lake For Vicitim
On November 1, 2004 public safety divers from the Union Colony Fire/Rescue Authority (Greeley, CO) and Evans Fire Department (Evans, CO) assisted local law enforcement in conducting a search of a local lake for a homicide victim.
Divers braved 15 degree wind chill factors and 48 degree water temperatures during the search.
No victim was recovered on the first day. The search will continue until a victim is recovered or investigators call off search efforts.
