Three Passengers Escape With Minor Injuries After Two Planes Collide in Ohio

On October 10, 2004, at 4:42 PM, the Harrison Fire Department received a call for two planes down near the Cincinnati State West Airport in Harrison, Ohio. The column of black smoke could also be seen from the firehouse.

On October 10, 2004, at 4:42 PM, the Harrison Fire Department received a call for two planes down near the Cincinnati State West Airport in Harrison, Ohio. The column of black smoke could also be seen from the firehouse.

Upon arrival, firefighters found the three victims had managed to escape the wreckage and relocated at a safe distance.

Investigation showed that the two planes were on approach to land when they collided and fell to the ground.
