Crews Tackle Calif. Brush Fire

 A slow moving brush fire, which started out at five acres, escalated to more than 75 acres throughout the night in Palos Verdes, Ca.Several structures were damaged, and one Gazzebo was destroyed.

 A slow moving brush fire, which started out at five acres, escalated to more than 75 acres throughout the night in Palos Verdes, Ca.

Several structures were damaged, and one Gazzebo was destroyed.

Several strike teams were mobilized with units from around LA County, including units from Los Angeles City, Vernon, Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach.

Several hand crews, aided by air support, worked through the night to gain the upper hand, and had 75% containment by morning.
