Fireworks are blamed for triggering a fire on July 25 in Portland, Ore.

The crew of Truck 7 was nearby so they also responded. They reported fire had extended to a one-story building and requested a box. Battalion 3 ordered a second-alarm. More than 50 firefighters battled the fire.

The fire started in bushes and spread to beauty shop storage sheds, then the main building. It also extended to an adjacent truck and a furniture store.

An explosion of one of the containers caused some concern, but no one was injured.
