Ohio Crews Respond to Storage Building Fire

Fire destroyed a 50,000 square-foot commercial metal storage building in Painesville, Ohio. The fire was reported 11:10 a.m. and took crews a little over four-and-a-half hours to control the blaze. No one was injured.

The fire went to two alarms with mutual companies responding from Concord Township, Eastlake, Fairport Harbor, Leroy Township, Madison, Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake, Painesville Township, Perry, Wickliffe and Willoughby.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. It caused over $1M damage.
