Suffolk, Va. firefighters responded to 205 Maple St. just before midnight to answer a call for a structure fire.
Units arrived within minutes to find a single family residence with fire showing from the window. All occupants exited safely and firefighters had the fire under control within thirty minutes
Dominion Power was called to the scene because of the main electrical lines going into the residence caught fire. The residence itself did not have power and the fire is under investigation.
