Crews from Topsham and 17 area towns responded to a fire that broke out about 2:45AM Tuesday at Grimmel Recycling Plant.

Water was a big issue, as the river was inaccessible for a time, so they hauled in water with tankers, roughly 18 at one point.

This isn't the first major fire at the plant, it was also damaged in a big fire back in August of 2002.
