Shortly after 1 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, units on Baltimore County's west side were alerted for a townhouse fire on Rachel Court off Hammershire Road in Owings Mills.
The officer on first arriving unit, Engine 311, reported heavy fire through the roof of an end unit, and requested a second alarm.
Multiple lines were laid. Firefighters contained the fire to the one home.
