Three Firefighters Require Medical Attention After Fighting New Jersey Structure Fire

On June 30, 2004, around 5:30 PM, a fire started at a structure in the Wayside area of Tinton Falls, New Jersey.

Upon arrival, the chief reported a fully involved fire with exposure to a propane tank. He called for mutual aid and a RIT team to the scene right away.

Three firefighters were treated on scene for heat and smoke inhalation.

The fire was brought under control by 7:30 PM the same night.

The chief called for a demolition crew to the scene after the fire was out.
