Pennsylvania Firefighters Tackle Rig Blaze

The trailer was carrying multiple products, but nothing hazardous.

Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company) was dispatched to I-83 southbound in York County, Pa, for a tractor-trailer fire. York County Dispatch advised Chief 61-1 that the vehicle was carrying some type of paper product.

Chief 61-1 advised of a working tractor-trailer fire. Engine 61-2's crew stretched hand lines to extinguish the fire in the cab and trailer. Baltimore County 450 and Stewartstown 54 firefighters assisted with the effortand water supply.

The trailer was carrying multiple products, but nothing hazardous. No one was injured in the incident.
