A late evening fire in the front half of a one-story occupied Vineland, New Jersey duplex.
Heavy fire was showing upon arrival and there were reports of children trapped. A primary search proved the reports to be false.
Firefighters contained the fire to the front half with no extension to the rear. There was extensive damage to the structure. The occupant of the dwelling escaped the fire uninjured but could not immediately be located.
A working basement fire had also occurred in the same dwelling less than one year earlier.
